Q: How long do you usually disciple someone?
A: Varies. Working with a guy right now I have been spending time with for 3 years.
Q: How often do you see them per week, typically? In what context?
A: Twice. Once in a small group. Once one on one.
Q: What topics do you try to discuss with your disciple? Best resources?
A: Mainly topics related to The Wheel, The Vision, and The Establishers
Q: When/how do you know when to transfer the relationship from being a parent to being more of a partner?
A: As he is taking more and more initiative in his walk and reaching out to others. Instead of him going with me on my evang appts, I start going with him, etc…
Q: What is the best thing you do in your discipleship of a new/young believer?
A: Have him share his testimony asap with others. Help him start memorizing verses. Get him around other believers.
(**I love the idea of having students share their testimony with someone early on. I feel like this really helps him/her have ownership with their faith and have a clear time line of before Christ, recognizing their need for Christ, and since coming to Christ)

A: Don’t do a good job doing this.
Q: What does your relationship look like with people that you disciple? (ex: in your home, with them in their dorm, meet friends/fam)
A: In my home a lot. Feeding him a lot. Going out for meals together. Maybe going to a weekend retreat together.
